$1000.00 deposit upon booking. All reservations require a $1000.00 security deposit on top of the rental amount, which will be refunded within 5 days of your departure if the house is left in satisfactory condition with no damages. The full balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to arrival if not arranged differently. All payments must be made with PayPal, personal check or money order.
Cancellation: If there is a cancellation up to 45 days prior to check in a full refund of all monies paid will be issued. If there is a cancellation within 45 days of check in a full credit will be issued to be applied towards future trips. Feel free to contact me. - Weekend (three day minimum) $2000
