Lovely, quiet neighborhood with hundred-year oaks, non-through street. 2 blocks to large neighborhood park that includes tennis courts, pool, picnic areas, grills and a lake. Unit features queen-size bed, private bath with shower, kitchenette, hardwood floors, toiletries, fresh linens and cable TV. Kitchenette includes coffeemaker, toaster, compact refrigerator, microwave, dishes and kitchen essentials. Flex table great for work or a light meal. Very quiet. Only ten minutes from downtown and 10 from the arboretum and domain, 2 blocks from city bus lines. Weekly housekeeping.
