$110 cleaning fee will be charged for stays under 6 nights. $25 charge/day for pool and spa heat. Pool and spa heat are highly recommended from October through April. If pool and spa heat not required for your stay then advise at time of booking. All dollar amounts are stated in US currency.
Booking Process:
Please check our availability calendar for the period you are interested. A non-refundable deposit of $350 is payable at time of booking with the balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date. If the balance is not paid, your reservation will be canceled and your deposit forfeited. For bookings made within 10 weeks of arrival date, full payment is due at time of booking. - Check In/Check Out:
Check in time – after 4 p.m. on arrival date. Check out time – by 10 a.m. on departure date. Requests for early arrival or late departure must be made 4 weeks prior to arrival date and are subject to availability and an extra charge. Owner reserves the right for a representative to enter the home for maintenance, repair or in the case of an emergency.
Cancellations:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be subject to the penalties as set out below:
- cancellation more than 10 weeks prior to arrival date – loss of $350 deposit
- cancellation between 8 - 10 weeks prior to arrival date – loss of 50% of booked rental charge (including $350 deposit);
- cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to arrival date – loss of entire booked rental charge (including $350 deposit)

If in-laws or another family is joining you - no problem! There is lots of room in the second master bedroom, also furnished with a king bed, TV, DVD and remote. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with pillow-top mattress. Of course, it also has its own TV, DVD and remote. Each room is beautifully furnished and will provide you with comfort, privacy and space. Your bed will be made up at the start of your stay with fresh high quality linens and loads of pillows.
