There is a great room off the kitchen which opens up to a patio, equipped with a propane BBQ grill, which is perfect for outdoor entertaining and the unit has cable TV\VCR-DVD. There is a washer/dryer in the town home. Two car garage for your convenience. Parking for 2 to 3 cars in front of driveway. Located in beautiful Del Mar, come out and enjoy the sunshine!

You'll find shops, restaurants and a starbucks Coffeehouse just up the road on 15th Street. The San Diego Zoo, Legoland & Disneyland are a short ride away. Not to mention surfing, snorkeling, boogie boarding, shell hunting, jet skiing, fishing & boating which can be done all up and down our glorious coast. Come on out and enjoy the sunshine!
