Pool heat is charged at $120 + tax per week or $20 per day and is optional.

Rates are subject to change but once you have a quote that is the rate you will charge regardless of any future changes.
Thru normal wear & tear items in the home are subject to change as it may not be possible to replace like for like. - Payment options are US Check, UK Cheque - UK rates on request dependent on the exchange rate - and most major credit cards taken via Paypal + 4% handling fee
