Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Terms of Payment.
  
  Short term rentals of up to 3 weeks - A booking deposit of $400.00 is required to confirm the booking, with the balance of the rental and a $400.00 security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival. The booking deposit transfers to form the security deposit at the point of payment of the balance.
  
  Long term rentals of 4 weeks or more. Prepayment of 20% of the total rental is required to confirm the booking. The balance of the payment plus a $400.00 security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. $400.00 of the booking deposit transfers to form the security deposit at the point of payment of the full balance.
  
  For last minute bookings, within 35 days of the rental period beginning, the total rental payment and $400.00 security deposit is due on booking.
  
  Electric usage is included up to $30.00 per week, additional usage is $0.15 KWH. All bedding and towels are included. There is a cleaning fee of $120.00.
• Cancellations and refunds:
  A cancellation fee of 10% of the whole amount will be charged up to 60 days prior to arrival. 30% of the whole amount will be charged 59 - 30 days prior to arrival. 60% of the whole amount will be charged 29 - 22 days prior to arrival. 80% of the whole amount will be charged 21 days or less prior to arrival.
  Vacation cancellation insurance is recommended.
