Near the Avalon, Pantages Theatre, Henry Fonda Music Box, Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood and Highland shopping area (home of the Academy Awards and Grauman's Chinese). Trendy restaurants, clothing stores and more just two blocks away!! Also less than a block away is the coffee shop featured in the movie Swingers. Come make this your daily breakfast/industry meeting spot of choice. If you are the outdoor type, you can hike to the Hollywood sign also just minutes away. This comfortable, three bedroom home is on a quiet street. Parking is provided in the driveway. If you would like to use alternative transportation, there are subway and bus lines within walking distance. The home is bright and airy. An ideal place to call home when you are visiting Southern California.
