Beautiful Waterfront Retreat. Dock your boat in your private backyard! Short boat ride to great fishing, Seacrets, MD: Harpoon Hanna's, DE and everything in between. Only a 10 minute drive to the beach! Master bdrm includes 1 king bed, wet bar, fireplace, sitting/office area, 2 private balconies, and large walk-in closet. Master Bath has a fireplace, shower w/dual heads, jetted bath tub, toilet and vanity area. 2nd bdrm includes 1 queen bed w/balcony and bathroom access. 3rd bdrm includes a day bed with trundle pull out mattress. The 4th bdrm located on the first floor can be used as a guest suite. This suite includes a queen sized bed, separate living room with access to the patio, bathroom, microwave, refrigerator and much more. Great for 2 families. TV in all bedrooms. Peaceful dining area with a breathtaking water view. Living room has a propane fireplace with a 50'TV. W & D on 2nd floor. Long term renters and children are welcome. This Home is a Must Vacation! 25 years + to rent.

Outdoor Living & Views: WOW! Four balconies and One patio! Water views from every room. Great OC skyline views in the day. Breathtaking, Spectacular views in the evening! Large, private & tranquil backyard enjoyment - This vacation feature is hard to find.

Many Wonderful Updates!: Rates currently reflect home as it is now. However we are doing lots of updates! If you book now you may be able to enjoy more amenities at the lower rate. Dock scheduled for completion June 2008. The huge garage is being converted into a large entertaining/game area. Many other updates
