If you have previously rented from us there is a discount - NO other discounts apply. All rentals require a $400 security damage deposit ----- BOOKING STUDENT RENTALS for Next academic year/great location with beach access. $535 per month each for 5 students - The student rent includes a monthly common area cleaning. $2675/month

Comments from Summer Renters: We had a great time! The house and beach were wonderful. Loved the house. It worked great for our two families and for entertaining guests. Great area, great beach, great house - One of our best vacations ever! We really enjoyed staying here, there is so much to do and see. We loved the beach and also loved Block Island. We couldn't have had a better week. Great house - clean, roomy, well-equipped, everything in order - I can go on. Hopefully be back next year.
