Lakeport House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- June July and august require minimum of a 5 night stay
- $4500 a week - off season rate available?
A $500 deposit is required at the time reservation is made.
Half of the remaining must balance must be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations are subject to $100 cancellation and processing fee.
There is no refund if canceled 21 days prior to arrival date.
All renters are required a damage deposit that will be refunded after the home is inspected for damages, missing items, and long distant calls. - $3000 a week off season or $500 a night.
