- The main cottage has two bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the living room which is not counted as a bedroom. The large bunkie/second cottage has two large rooms separated by French doors. One room has two sofa beds and the other room has a sofa bed and a futon. These two rooms are converted into two bedrooms for sleeping. The small bunkie has a bunk bed and a futon and is the 5th bedroom. The Art Studio Apartment has a Murphy Bed, plus a pull out sofa, making the 6th bedroom on the property.
