- $6800 a week for 12 people
- Rent for both houses is $6800 a week which includes cleaning and 12.5% taxes. During holidays and high season, special dates and events the property rents for $500 more. There is an extra wedding charge of $500 for clean-up. We prefer to rent the cottage with the main house so you can experience total privacy. This is a great price for what you are getting. Privacy and seclusion and a fabulous view and your own beach with use of a double kayak, 2 single kayaks, a canoe and 2 paddleboards. Please note -we only rent by the week. Please do not ask for less than a week. All weddings must rent by the week.
We accept personal or cashiers checks only - Always made out to Shadow Point LLC. and mailed to 3800 Wood Ave., Miami, Fl. 33133. Please call before sending any money to verify that this is the actual person that is allowed to rent this house. - All renters are to check out at 11am the day of departure and check in at 4pm the day of arrival. Monthly rentals are negotiable depending on season. There is a $100 charge for each person exceeding 12 but not to go over 16. Security deposit of $1500 is required. Place will not be held until a deposit of half the rental is received. E-mail for more information and more photos.

- The main house has four large bedrooms with twin beds in two rooms and kings in the other two.There are sinks in each room. Both King bedrooms have private baths. There are two day beds and a hammock on the breezy large porch. The cottage has two bedrooms with two twin beds in each room and a pullout queen couch in the living room.Bath containes washer and dryer.
