Sonoma Estate Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Check in: 3 PM Check out: 11AM , these times are flexible with prior arrangement.
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations received within 60 days of arrival are subject to loss of the entire rent unless the property is re-rented for the same time period. $40 cancel fee at any time. Event cancellation policy is different and will be presented with an event contract.
There is a $25 nightly charge per guest beyond 6. Minimum 3 nights during holidays.
Promotion: If you stay four nights you get the fifth night FREE. - Deposit: One night deposit is required to reserve the property. The remaining balance is due at least 60 days prior to arrival depending on the length of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, bank money orders, cashier’s checks, or personal checks payable to Alaa Mansour (address on confirmation).
