Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Cancellation policy: Cancellations received within 45 days of arrival are subject to loss of the entire rent unless the property is re-rented for the same time period. $40 cancel fee at any time. Event cancellation policy is different and will be presented with an event contract.
- Deposit: One night deposit is required to reserve the property. The remaining balance is due at least 45 days prior to arrival depending on the length of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, bank money orders, cashier’s checks, or personal checks payable to Alaa Mansour (address on confirmation).

The historic Plaza in downtown Sonoma is just 5 minutes drive. The Golden Gate bridge and San Francisco are 45 miles south (a 50-60 minute drive).
