- Reservation Deposit:
50% Deposit is required at time of reservation in order to hold the property. Credit Card and Paypal accepted for Reservation deposit.
The balance is due in Cash or Traveler's Checks at check-in. No personal checks.
Reservation Deposit Refund Policy:
100% refund with a 30 day notice of cancellation before arrival date.
50% refund with a 15 day notice of cancellation before arrival date.
If you wish to cancel reservation within 14 days of arrival date, there will be no refund of Reservation Deposit unless the property is re rented
Damage Deposit:
$200 deposit required at check in.
Deposit will be returned upon checkout if there is no damage
