- Finished basement (bonus room) can be the children's play place that has a TV/VCR .This is our summer home too! So you can bet we have all the touches and comforts of home. All bedrooms are freshly painted with pretty colors and tastefully decorated with top of the line furniture with a dresser to match. Mattresses and mattress covers are brand new. The other television has cable, DVD/ VCR. . Exit to the level backyard that has the play area/ patio and grill. The two new full bathrooms are tastefully decorated. Get lobster right off the docks. Bay swimming is yours at the private beach with picnic area. Enjoy!

Surrounding Area: Nice quiet neighborhood 1.8 miles to Scarborough Beach and short distance to our private bay beach. Enjoy nearby amusement rides, miniature golf ice cream stores and great stores. Great breakfast stores, seafood restaurants ,lounges and nightlife. Ballon races and 10 min to Narraganset Peir ( quaint town with nightlife,stores and small town beach. Block Island ferry is 5min way, Mystic Ct 20 minutes, Foxwoods/Mohegan Sun 30 min. 5 state/town beach Small private bay beach is within walking distance.
Other Activities: crabbing ,whale watching Get your lobsters right from the boats!
