Large, 1100 square foot, ground-floor, oceanview condominium in walking distance to white sand beaches, including 'Best Beach' at Kapalua Bay. Lanai opens up to landscaped lawn giving more 'living space.' Watch the sunset next to Molokai from the spacious lanai. Bedroom has small garden lanai. Comfortable king-size bed in bedroom with TV, and queen-size sofabed in living room. New tile in living and dining rooms; carpeting in bedroom. Fully supplied kitchen has all appliances needed with large pantry for groceries. Huge bathroom with sunken tub, wall safe, large closet, iron and ironing board, as well as hair blow-dryer. Beach towels provided. Collection of guide books to help make trip easier to plan once there. Two Championship Golf Courses, tennis gardens, great shops, and restaurants within the Kapalua Resort Community. Watch Mercedes Benz Championship and all sporting events on 52-inch TV!! Use the complimentary Kapalua Shuttle to various locations throughout Kapalua.

The Kapalua Resort Community offers 2 Championship Golf Courses, tennis garden (in addition to the tennis court located outside our door), various restaurants, retail shops, hiking trails. Within 2 miles is the Napili Plaza that includes a large grocery store, coffee shop, unique retail shops, a florist, movie rentals, and restaurants. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday is the Farmer's Market in Honokowai (about 5 miles) for locally grown produce and flowers. The Farmer's Market store offers more natural/organic groceries and other products. Three great beaches are in walking distance from the condo, or take the complimentary Kapalua Shuttle that transports anywhere within Kapalua. In walking distance is the historic Honolua Store that carries sundries, groceries; Kapalua Resortwear; and a deli serving breakfast, lunch and light dinners. The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua is reopening with new restaurants. The Kapalua Adventure Center is brand new offering zip lines and climbing wall.

Notes: Perfect for a couple or with 2 young children....large, grassy lawn is great for kids to play on and adds to the outdoor living space! Our condo is out of the wind, so eating all meals outside is wonderful! There are 3 pools and BBQ on the property. We have a George Forman grill in the condo (great for burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, boneless chicken breasts). There is a flight of stairs from the parking lot to the condo, although we are on the ground level. Please inquire for long-term rental.

Walking Trails: A great 'power' walk takes you from the condo down to DT Fleming beach (in front of the Ritz-Carlton), then back up to Office Road all the way up to Simpson Way (across from the Golf Academy). Take Simpson Way through the beautiful Norfolk Pines all the way down to the lower road, and back to the condo or Kapalua Beach. Check out the trails at the Village Golf Course (check in at the Kapalua Logo Shop), and the Maunalei Arboretum (pick up the shuttle at the Kikui Room in the Kapalua Realty building).

Golf: Kapalua Bay Course and The Plantation Course are championship delights! Play the 'twilight rates' and get a reduced price. Ask about the Golf Discount Card for $30.00 per person! Walk the old Village course trails (check-in at the Kapalua Logo Shop), and find your pick of golf balls!! The Kapalua Golf Academy is among the best schools for improving or learning your game.
