Christmas, New Years require a 5 day minimum and have a $150/night additional fee. Additional holiday fees include the holiday itself and two days prior and following the holiday. A $500, refundable security deposit is required. Funds will be returned in full upon confirmation of positive property condition when cleaning occurs. The definition of positive property condition is determined exclusively by the property owner.
- Cancellation policy: no refund if cancellation is made two weeks or more prior to the reservation date. $100 fee for cancellations made prior to two weeks of the reservation date.
