Durango mountain resort and Purgatory, for your skiing pleasure, are 20-25 minute drive North. Beautiful Vallecito Lake is an approximate 25 minute drive. You are surrounded by trails and hills. Mesa Verde is a short drive west. Durango has a very active motorcycle community and The Four Corners Iron Horse Motorcycle Rally is one of the nation's best. Talk about gorgeous motorcycles and respectful riders, that always amazes me. Whether you are going to Durango for vacation, business, shopping for your new home, traveling medical personal, just trying a new place, Durango Colorado has something for most everyone. This home comes fully equipped with everything you need including yard and snow shoveling maintenance. Just bring your tooth brush and for a short while make my home your home.
