We went the extra mile to make this new and clean for your comfort. Please take care as you found it, while routine cleaning and linens are charged for on less than monthly bookings we do make sure all is cleaned between tenants as we appreciate you and want your stay to be pleasant so we will see you again. Please use Due Care and do NOT smoke indoors. Small trained pets are ok provided you are responsible for them as the property is not fenced. Also note while this is a friendly neighborhood where we look out for each other Be aware you are completely Liable for Yourselves your personal property ,guests, etc. . Cleaning services may be available to you if you desire at your expense. Mostly we want you to enjoy yourself and be safe.
