Q: Can I hold my ceremony at 4210 East Quail?: A: Absolutely. The lush landscaping of this private, gated estate makes it the perfect location for a small wedding or event of any kind. Although, there is a maximum capacity for an event of 150 people... we have found that 80 people are really the limit for a sit down event (10 8-top tables situated around the pool and patio work beautifully). Guests, in the past, have utilized local valet, catering, DJ, and bartenders services for their events. Please note: There is an additional fee of $2,000 for events with more than 20 people. (The property sleeps 12 people and can host up to 20 people on the property for a one-day event at no additional fee). You are only charged the $2,000 Event Fee if you have a one-day event with more than 20 people... this fee is to cover the additional wear and tear on the property (hosting up to 150 people), the additional cleaning required, and the convenience of having the event right on the property.

Q: What are the benefits of conference rental. : A: Many guests have found 4210 East Quail to be the ideal 'Conference Rental'. Some of the benefits include: Abundant open spaces and conference areas to review, plan, and brainstorm as needed At the set rate (no additional fees), you can open up the property to 20 additional guests during the day. Whether in work or entertaining mode, this presents a perfect opportunity for Client Appreciation or for Coworker Interaction. Common spaces that encourage interaction and bonding among coworkers. Amazing savings on meals... whether you plan on preparing your own meals or having a personal chef take over the preparation and cleanup, the in-house kitchen will eliminate the need to struggle through dinner in a crowded and expensive restaurant where you can barely hear the rest of your team (if you can even get a reservation). Let meals be easy or another opportunity for interaction and discussion. Plenty of entertainment and unwinding opportunities (i.e. pool, games, movies, pool table)

Q:Where can I obtain food while at 4210 East Quail: A: - Personal Shopping: There are a number of grocery stores nearby... the closest include a Vons, an Albertsons, and a Trader Joes (all within 1/2 a mile of the property). - Grocery Delivery: Vons offers online shopping and home delivery for only a $10 delivery fee... they are a frequent visitor to 4210 East Quail. You can place your order at www.vons.com. Vons will allow you to choose a 2 hour window for delivery and will even bring them right into the kitchen for you... all you have to do is put the groceries away. Please make sure to have your groceries delivered after you have Checked-In to the property; otherwise, there will not be anyone here to accept the order. - Personal Chef: If you hire the Personal Chef to take care of your meals, then they can do all of the shopping and food preparation for you.
