High Vista Haven is located in the most respected and well-known gated community in the Asheville area. This 2400 sq. ft. 3-level home was custom-built by the owners and so will be assured of an efficient layout and thoughtful provisions.
High Vista Haven boasts a warm and well decorated interior, gourmet kitchen with island seating 3, 6 person hot tub in custom arbor with wooded view also giving privacy, 2 master suites (one main floor the other ground level), ground level game room has TV for watching movies and sleeper sofa, 2 car garage with openers (available inside property when you arrive) and 'crow's nest' 3rd level with separate office with WiFi for your Internet connection. Wonderful secluded back deck off kitchen has offers a gas grill and deck furniture.
The gated community of High Vista itself boasts an 18 hole golf course recently renovated so it will agree with all levels of play. Other resort amenities include the club house, pro golf shop and swimming pool!
