Big Bass Lake Chalet Summary
This recently built, truly beautiful chalet is located on Larsen Lake in the Big Bass Lake Resort. You will relax in the midst of nature, enjoying beautiful views of the cove and serene lake from the kitchen, eating area, family room, deck, large screened-in porch and walkout basement (basement was newly finished in 2007). The game room, with ping pong and air hockey, provides a spacious area for the entire family. The kids will enjoy watching the ducks, geese, chipmunks, squirrels and a variety of birds--including wild turkeys--and the family of deer that frequents the property.
Our private dock in the backyard is available with a 14-foot rowboat for your enjoyment. For fishermen the lake provides excellent fishing opportunities for bass, perch, bluegill, and pickerel.
For stargazers, evening skies are spectacular! Away from the city lights, the skies are dark, allowing great views of the Milky Way.
Please note: No Pets, No Smoking, Maximum 8 Persons. Limit 3 cars.

The four-season Pocono resort of Big Bass Lake, located in Gouldsboro, PA, is just 2 hours from New York City or Philadelphia. Centrally located in the scenic Pocono Mountains, Big Bass Lake is within a distance of 30 minutes from many attractions, including ski resorts, outlet shopping, golfing, water sports, tourist attractions and much more. All this while still in a peaceful area of the dark starlit skies! Resort Activities: The Big Bass community offers many amenities, some of them seasonal, such as 2 beaches, a clubhouse, heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, bocce courts, playground, nature reserve, recreation center, family ski slope with rope pull, sledding and tubing hill, outdoor ice rink, heated indoor pool, and more. Use of the resort facilities, including lakes, requires a badge for each person 6 years and up at a cost (currently) of $6 per day or $30 per week. A Pennsylvania fishing license is required for fishing and the State regulations apply.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates based on number of bedrooms used (3 or 4). Maximum 6 persons for 3-bedroom rate.

Our Home: We provide a supply of soap, dish and laundry detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, plastic wrap, aluminum foil and coffee filters, although, depending on amount of use, renters may need to supplement with their own. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans in living room, loft, family room and screened porch, various sizes of life jackets. Snow shoes available upon request. Our large, finished walkout basement also has an air hockey table.
