Back at the front door to the left you'll find a very large oversized combination dining area and family room that seats 10. A spacious modern kitchen with Corian counters is located right off of the dining area. This room also features TV, VCR and 2 loveseats. Leading outside from this room, the beautiful grounds await you to include a charming courtyard and a private pool area with an outdoor dining area, lounge chairs and wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean. An outdoor shower and grill-in area as well. On the second floor you?ll find another spacious nicely laid out living room with floor to ceiling windows over looking the ocean. This room is equipped with a wet bar, game table, TV, VCR & DVD. Down the hall are 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a queen, and a king. Each is equipped with a private bathroom and TV. On the third floor, there is an expansive master suite with king bed and sitting area. Large floor to ceiling windows allow you to looking out to the water. TV and a large private bath allow you complete privacy. Located just off of this wonderful master suite you?ll find the 6th bedroom that has 2 sets of bunk beds and a private bath with jetted tub. The elevator is located conveniently to these 2 bedrooms. Your vacation retreat awaits you. FREE tennis at the Van Der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club. 6 BR, 5.5BA, 2Kings, 1 Queen, 3 Doubles, 2sets of Bunk Beds, Sleeps 16. * Pool can be heated at an additional charge.
