- Pool Heat $25 per day or $150 per week.
- A non-refundable booking fee of $350 will be required to hold your booking. A security deposit of $350 plus the outstanding balance is required 10 weeks prior to your arrival at Sunray Villa. The security deposit will be returnable within 30 days if no damage or loss has been reported. This will be determined by the management company and cleaning company.
