- The very spacious master suite is on the second floor of the flat, with it's own full bath, separate sitting room (which is furnished as an office and media room). The roof garden is directly off the sitting room.

San Francisco Townhome Details
This unit is located on the third and fourth floors of the building so there are lots of stairs. The first floor has a spacious living room with period bay windows, cozy fireplace, and views of Grace Cathedral. The formal dining room can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and has beautiful period details. One downstairs bedroom has a full bed and a view of Coit Tower; the other is furnished with a twin daybed with a trundle bed underneath. - kitchen has a small eat-in breakfast area and has been updated with all new appliances (gas range). - downstairs bathroom and water closet (toilet) are separate rooms which can come in handy when traveling with friends and family. This bath has a tub/shower combination. The Master Suite on the second level is approx 700 sq. ft. and has its own full bath with double sinks, enclosed shower and skylight. The bedroom room is furnished with a queen bed and the attached sitting room has a sofa/hide-a-bed and desk with a computer modem.
There is a small deck off the sitting room with bistro table and chairs, however, it can get quite windy and is not suitable for children.
