South Athens Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- All rentals are paid in EURO.
- A 200EURO security deposit is required at arrival for weekly retals and 500EURO security deposit for Monthly rentals. Security deposit is fully refundable upon your departure should there not be any damages made during your stay.
A 20% booking fee is required to secure dates and book the apartment - THESE RATES ARE FOR UP TO 4 GUESTS.
For any additional guests, the additional charge is 100EURO per week, per additional guest. (Maximum # of guests 4 adults 2 children)
