Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

50% deposit required upon reservation and the balance due 30ntss before arrival
Check-in time 1:00 PM and check out time 12:00 Noon.
We require a 72 hour cancellation notice for confirmed reservations
Rates reflect double occupancy, with additional charge of $20/person up to 4 people (no extra charge for children)
No unsupervised minors and tenants under the age of 25 require an additional deposit
