General Facilities: Our Management Company Office is situated in the Clubhouse, at the entrance to Tuscan Hills. Their hours are 9.00am - 5.00 pm but they can be contacted in any emergency. Clubhouse hours are 8.00 am - 9.00 pm. In the Clubhouse can also be found fitness room, children's outdoor play area, TV lounge, tennis courts, sand volleyball court and a palm garden relaxation area. The nearest shopping centre is out of Tuscan Hills, turn south for 200 yards and a Publix is there with lots of takeaway restaurants, Indian, Chinese, Pizza restaurants etc. 2 miles north is a huge Walmart. The 192 is only 1 mile away where there are hundreds of places to eat, shop and play crazy golf etc. Orlando Premium Outlets is only 15 minutes drive away and of course Disney is only 6 miles away with all of the attractions. It takes 1 hour going East to get to Kennedy Space Centre and 1 hour West to get to the lovely beaches, shopping and the Dali Museum at St Petersberg.

Why we charge a little more!: We decided from the start that we wanted to offer a villa that really did live up to the title 'luxury'. We visited hundreds of villas in person and on websites and were consistently disappointed with the villas' decor. People were being offered something wonderful but getting the same furniture package as everyone else. We own an art gallery in UK and we wanted a contemporary theme for the villa..... for those who did not necessarily want rooms that were Disney themed. Disney is fantastic to visit but after a hectic day in the theme parks, we wanted to offer a calm place to return to relax in. Therefore we hand picked all of the furniture, bought original paintings and artifacts for the villa to try to make it as individual as possible in the hope that people would not be disappointed and their expectations had been met. We have had many fantastic testimonials telling us that the villa has indeed more than fulfilled our guests expectations, which is really lovely.

Tuscsn Hills: Tuscan Hills is appropriately named! It is a small, exclusive community that was built by Great American Homes - a small family run company specializing in high quality homes - and was completed in April 2007. It is a community of only 160 villas, comprising 90 linked town homes in groups, and 70 detached villas, of which most are single storey and a few are two storey villas. The two storey detached villas are much larger than a usual standard Orlando villa. All have red Mediterranean, terracotta roofs and this plus the tasteful planting gives it a feeling of Tuscany. Tuscan Hills has a 2,700 sq ft clubhouse at the entrance, which has a gym, computer room, games room, comfortable sitting area with TV, outdoor games area for children, tennis courts, volleyball court and coming soon will be a restaurant adjacent to the entrance. Tuscan Hills is only 10 minutes drive from Disney World and two minutes away from the restaurants and bustle of the 192.
