This is a Spanish Mediterranean house located in Hancock Park with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a den with lots of windows, french doors, and a large flat screen tv. The living room has built in book shelves, lots of windows and french doors for light and fireplace with mantel. The kitchen has tiled floors and walls, stainless steel appliances and center island with breakfast bar that seats two. Both bathrooms have all white his and hers free standing sinks. Hardwood floors though out the entire house except for the kitchen & bathrooms. This home offers an amazing outdoor space with two patios one in the front of the house with lounge chairs for relaxing and one on the side of the house right outside the den, and a backyard that is all concrete with lots of lush plants and trees all around is very private and feels just like you are in Italy.
