The living room area opens directly onto the L-shaped corner Lanai. The two bedrooms are separated by the luxury living space, and both have direct access to the Lanai. Enjoy your morning coffee listening to the birds and wildlife. Elevator to this top floor condo provides easy access but maintains the privacy of a top floor corner unit. Tile throughout, this condo has a full kitchen and washer/dryer, making this an easy vacation destination. The master bedroom features a King size bed and a private master bathroom with walk-in shower and large separate tub. Twin beds (which convert to a King) in the second bedroom connect to a second bathroom. This corner condo is ideal for one or two couples or a family of 4-6. Bonita Bay is a beautifully landscaped 2,400 acre gated community. Three parks are located within the Bonita Bay community and are connected via 11 miles of bike and nature trails. Free canoes are available at the Spring Creek Park. A free shuttle is available Thanksgiving through April to the Bonita Bay Private Beach Park. Residents are treated to beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bathrooms, and showers. Watch dolphins and birds, collect sea shells or just read a good book! This is sure to be a memorable beach experience. Restaurants and shopping are nearby at the Promenade shopping area just outside the front gate. Grocery shopping and other shops are just outside the main entrance to Bonita Bay. Bonita Bay is located halfway between Ft. Myers and Naples. It is about 25 minutes from the Ft. Myers (RSW) airport. Weekly and Monthly rentals are available. A wonder nature preserve, the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary is 30 minutes away and provides a glimpse into Old Florida Cypress.

Bonita Bay Golf Courses: Bonita Bay has 3 golf courses on the grounds. In addition, 2 courses are approximately 30 minutes east of Bonita Bay. Access to these 5 golf courses may be available. If interested, please inquire.

Boat Rentals : On the way to the beach, on Bonita Beach Rd., boat rentals are available for 1/2 day or full day rentals. Cruise the Estero bay estuaries in pontoon boats or motor boats. Enjoy the birds and wildlife...stop for lunch along the way.

Jet Skies and Parasailing: Docs on the Beach is just a short walk from the Bonita Bay Beach Park. Jet Ski rentals and other beach activities such as parasailing are available at Docs. Docs also serves breakfast, lunch and dinner right on the beach.
