Deposits: A reservation deposit of $100. is required and is totally refundable with your paid reservation. A $400. security deposit is required 90 days before your arrival; totally refundable, except for $85. cleaning and any damage or loss to the property. .
Other Policies and Fees: Check in time is 3 p.m.; check out time is 11 a.m. A cleaning fee of $85. will be deducted from security deposit. Complete maid service for $20. per day, subject to availability. You should request maid service at time of reservation. An off-site secured storage condo, 13'x40', located 2 miles from the duplex, subject to availability, rents for additional $60./week; excellent location, just minutes from Windsor State Park launch area.
