Emerald Island Condo Summary

Gated community three miles from Disney resorts and water parks. Come and relax in our condo and enjoy all our amenities such as the pool and hot tub or have a cocktail by the pool at our main clubhouse and recreation center. Refreshing air conditioning to cool you off from the summer heat or just enjoy the ceiling fans for our patrons who love the Florida weather. Park directly in front of the two story town-home, which provides all the comforts of home. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, automatic ice maker, breakfast bar, dining room, laundry room with washer/dryer, one-half bath, and a living room with a sleep sofa, cable TV, DVD/VCR player, movies, radio with I-Pod capabilities, High Speed Internet, and access to our patio. The second floor offers three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, TV, pack and play playpen, private bathroom and a balcony, and ceiling fan. All bedrooms have their own TV.

As you enter Emerald Island you will see a winding palm-lined road that will lead you to a gated entry with beautiful dolphin fountains. Our home is a first-class three bedroom 2 and a half bath townhouse at the exclusive Emerald Island Resort. Emerald Island Resort is located just off Route 192, and is ideally placed for the Orlando area attractions. Our Villa is fully furnished and just a few short steps to a heated pool and hot tub.

At Emerald Island Resort there are many amenities waiting for you . The 4,000 square foot club house features a fitness center, sauna, Cyber Café with internet access (free), heated community pool and spa, game room for the kids, tennis and volleyball courts, and kid's playground. The Clubhouse is near a trail for walking, jogging or biking through the community’s natural woodland setting. There is also concierge service available.

What more can we say except come to visit our villa to get away from it all and relax, enjoy the sun and come home rejuvenated.
