Tahoe Donner Chalet Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Except holidays: $375 per night (3 night minimum) or $2300 per week
Christmas, New Years, Easter: $3000 per week (1 week minimum stay required)
Thanksgiving, President's Day, Martin Luther King: $430 per night (3 night minimum)
$225 Cleaning Fee -
$750 fully refundable deposit required
For a reservation: Full payment must be received 3 weeks prior to rental dates or before. Please note that no reservation is guaranteed until paid in full. Cancellations are NOT refundable. At owners discretion, your reservation may be changed to a different date, pending availability.

- Our bonus room over the garage is not heated (at this point in time), but is very warm and comfortable throughout the summer months. Its a perfect place for younger adults. The loft area just off the master bedroom upstairs is very warm throughout the winter and the couch or futon can sleep one individual or couple.

Tahoe Donner Chalet Details
Attention Winter Enthusiasts: Please take note that our home sits at over 7200 feet and can get A LOT of snow. We contract out services that keep the driveway and house perimeter clear after every storm so access is not a problem. However, after an exceptionally heavy snowfall it is not uncommon for there to be several feet of snow out on the city street of Ski Slope Way and one would have to wait till the city plows come through. This generally happens rather sooner than later but it is wise to plan your departure with some breathing room during times of inclement weather. The home is brand new and is of the highest quality construction. It was built to keep the occupants safe and warm against any fury mother nature could throw at it. It goes without saying, that a reliable 4 wheel drive vehicle equipped with all terrain tires in very good condition is an absolute must!
