Deer Valley Condo Details
This brand new condo has a spectacular open great room with terrific views of the mountains. The unique wood floors are made from reclaimed wood from an old 1886 barn in Ohio. The kitchen has granite counter tops and a large bar with 4 bar stools. The Wolf stove includes a griddle for making those scrumptious pancakes before a ski day. The refrigerator, wine cooler and microwave are all Sub Zero. The dishwasher is a super quiet Asko. It is fully equipped for all your cooking and drinking needs. The unique dining table is made of Amazon reclaimed wood and can comfortably seat eight. Enjoy the large landscape photo over the table, of the aspens, by famed wildlife photographer Mangelson. The living room has a 42 inch LCD HD flat screen TV with DVD player over the gas fireplace. Just flip a switch and you have instant ambiance in the fireplace. Two comfy chairs and a soft leather couch that pulls out into a very comfortable king bed.
There is an IPOD docking station with speakers and wireless internet access. The sideboard holds a myriad of games and books for your enjoyment. The powder room is off the front hall. One closet holds the Maytag stacked washer and dryer. All three bedrooms are covered with soft, wool carpet and each has their own full adjoining bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed, two end tables with lamps, full size dresser, large mirror and cable TV. You can lay in bed and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains through the extra large window. Curtains add coziness to the room. The adjoining bath has granite counter tops, two sinks, a jetted tub, a large glass enclosed shower and a separate toilet room. The floor in the bathroom has radiant heat to keep your feet warm as you get ready for your morning ski.
The second bedroom has a queen sleigh bed, two night stands with lamps, a dresser and a mirror. The adjoining bathroom has a shower/tub combo with one sink and a granite counter top. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, a night stand, lamp, and adjoining full bath. Each bedroom has a humidifier for your comfort. All rooms have 2 inch wood blinds to be adjusted to your taste. The condo is tastefully appointed with original artwork by award winning Utah Pastel Artist, Jennifer Worsley.
