- Christmas/New Year's holidays require 4 nights @ $150/night or 5 nights or more @ $125/night
- Minimum stay is 2 nights except in the summer where it is 3 nights.
Fall, spring, winter special: Stay 6 nights, get the 7th night free.
Summer special: Stay 7 nights, get free cleaning.
Applicable Missouri tax will also be charged.
No smoking and no pets, please.
