Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Minimum 6 Adults, 2 nights
- $200 Security Deposit is required & returned upon property inspection after stay. Changeover cleaning is included, but if additional cleaning is necessary a charge of $25.00 per hour will be deducted from the security deposit. Long-term stay cleaning available at $25.00 per hour rate. Full payment required at booking. Cancellation policy: 2 week Cancellation Notice required for refund. Security deposit returned only if property is re-booked.
