Lake Greenwood House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Any 2 night stay will be priced @ $275. Additional weekdays or weekend nights may be added as shown
- A deposit of 50% of rental rate is required to secure your reservation. In the event of a cancellation less than 4 weeks from rental date, 50% of deposit will be returned. Additional cleaning fee may be added for pets. ($25)
Need a long-term rental? Give us a call for more info! The home is move-in ready and just waiting for your arrival! We provide all linens, towels, and kitchen wares. You need only pack clothes and food. - Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. and Check-out time: 12:00 noon
