Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Long-term rates are negotiable. Ordinary cleaning cost is included. Gratuity is appreciated.
- Updated 1/1/2012: The standard daily rate is $595.00 per night, minimum 2 nights, year round with the exception of winter ski season.
Peak season rates remain at the rate of $695.00 per night , minimum 3 nights, which apply to holidays, spring/school breaks & Presidents' week.
Standard rates ($595.00 per night) resume from April 1 through November 1, minimum 2 nights. Call or e-mail for additional information. - Longest term offered is weekly. Maximum occupancy is 16.
