- A non refundable deposit of 20%, will be due to book the house. The balance will be due 8 weeks before arrival.
There is a $250 security deposit that will be paid with the final balance and then returned to you after your departure if the home is left undamaged.
$25 convenience fee will be charged for payments other than checks - Pool heat is recommended between October and May at least, as the water will be cool. Pool heat is billed at $25 per day. It must be ordered at time of booking to avoid a $15 trip charge to turn it on later.
Gas grill can be ordered for your use.
The cost is $40 for the week plus tax
