- Rates listed include all taxes and fees. Payments can be made by personal check or money orders.
A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation and the remaining balance is due two months prior to arrival date. Cancellations will be honored 60 days prior to arrival with full refund less $100 administrative fee. After 60 days rental will be returned if the house can be re-booked for the time period booked.
With our other villa located next door, Casa Mirage, can sleep a total of 26.
