Masthope Estate Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Labor day week special 8 nights for just $4250
- We now are offering a ski weekend special allowing for 3 night minimums on all ski weekends!
There is also a $150 community association and lease administration fee but you get 25% off skiing plus free or discounted admission to all amenities including horseback riding, petting farm, fitness center, pools, beach, sport courts and this more than off sets it. - Tenants are asked to leave the house as they found it. The rental only includes final polishing of the bathrooms and kitchens. Additional checkout cleaning including vacuuming etc. is available (but not required) by advance notice at the time of reservation for an extra $150
