If you cancel a booking, the owner/lessor, at its sole discretion, will attempt to re-rent the same period as yoru cancelled rental and provide a refund if and to the extent that a substitute booking is obtained at full rates, less a $250 cancellation fee.
- Posted rates are for up to 8 persons and are subject to change. Rates higher for holiday periods. Firm quotes are provided through phone or e-mail once you provide the details of your group (age, number, etc.). Each approved pet $20/day. Required Vermont tax: 9%. Cleaning fee additional. Lower rates may be available for very small groups or last minute openings.

The master bath has tumbled marble floors, a pedestal sink, shower, full-length mirror and built-in shelves for toiletries and towels. The other full bath is completely tiled with a black and white motif, tub, sink and toilet with built-in shelves for toiletries and towels. The half bath on the main floor has a cabinet style sink with wooden countertop and toilet and is adjacent to the laundry room with a full-sized washing machine and dryer. Also furnished with an ironing board and iron, shoeshine kit, sewing basket and other nice-to-have items in this room. The barn bathroom has tumbled marble tile floors, shower enclosure, and pedestal sink. The seasonal outdoor shower is enclosed and has hot and cold water, plus hooks for clothing--great for showering after swimming in the pond or hiking!

- Sunny master bedroom w/ full bath overlooks valley and next mountain range. Bunk-room is accessed through the MBR has a bunk bed plus a twin bed. The valley bedroom has beds that can be set up as a king or 2 twin beds; this room has a loft that is NOT to be used for sleeping. The 4th bedroom looks out over the pond and has a either a King or 2 twin beds. These rooms share a separate full bath. The new barn/garage has a quality queen-sized sofa bed and full bath on the main level; the second level has 5 twins. It also has a small fridge, coffeepot and microwave.
