For reservations of 1 month or longer, 30 day notice is required for full refund. January, February and March reservations of a month or longer must be canceled by October 1st to avoid penalty. Winter cancellations after October 1st will result in a $200.00 forfeiture of deposit. Winter cancellations after November 1st will result in 1/2 month’s rent forfeiture.
