July reservations are usually one week minimum stay. - Rates above do not include cleaning fee, lodging tax and miscellaneous resort fees ($40). One parking pass is included. Additional passes are $10.90.
Cancellations will be accepted up to 14 days prior to arrival with full refund of deposit. Cancellations after 14 days will cause your $200.00 to be forfeited. For reservations of 1 month or longer, 30 day notice is required for full refund. January, February and March reservations of a month or longer must be canceled by October 1st to avoid penalty. Winter cancellations after October 1st will result in a $200.00 forfeiture of deposit. Winter cancellations after November 1st will result in 1/2 month’s rent forfeiture.
