Scarborough and Pine Point House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Off Season Rates are $3,000 per week. Security deposit is 10% of rental rate.
- Weekly Rentals require 50% of rental rate, cleaning fee and tax. Total amount due 60 days before stay. Security deposit to be returned after evaluation of home and no damage has been done. Security deposit is 10% of rental rate.
- Cancellations - Must be made at least a sixty (60) days in advance for refund. Cancellations within 60 days will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the initial deposit payment.

- The master bathroom has a jet tub, sink and toilet as well as a shower. Granite countertop are throughout the home. In addition, the home has a total of three bathrooms throughout the home. This includes two on the second floor and one on the first floor. There are plenty of bathrooms so no one is waiting to take a shower or use the bathroom. There is one bathroom with mudroom on the first floor; and on the second floor, there are two full bathrooms. You'll find this lovely home is a great getaway with all the amenities you could possibly want.

- All the bedrooms are spacious, brand new and comfortable. The master bedroom has a king bedroom set, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third has a queen bedroom set. Each bedroom set has a bureau for clothing and a full size closet. There is fourth bedroom with twin beds. On the third floor, there is another bedroom with twin trundle beds and finally a bedroom that a bunk bed sets. There is plenty of room for two families and their children or a family gathering. Each bedroom has a closet, storage for clothes and a nightstand. All rooms have fabulous views. The master bedroom is on the second floor with wonderful views, with the other bedrooms on the second and third floors. This beautiful, spacious six bedroom home sleeps up to 14 people. In addition, the second floor has a playroom for kids. There is enough room so everyone has plenty of space of their own, and common areas where everyone can get together for conversation and laughter. The home is newly furnished.

Two Outside Decks: This home has two outdoor, large sized decks for entertaining. There is a deck off the mudroom which is very large giving you room for dinner or relaxation. In addition, there is a nice backyard for kids to play sports or games. Enjoy grilling on the outside grill while you watch the kids play games in the backyard. Sit on the deck and relax while you watch the sunset. Another deck is on the second floor which provides a great place to sit and read a book, or listen to music. Endless beauty and relaxation at this beach-side neighborhood community. Kids can ride bikes or take a walk in this family oriented beach side setting. Both decks are large and spacious and will accommodate several people
Two Full Size Decks: There is a full size outside deck on the first floor as well as a second floor deck which provides beautiful views of the ocean and the bay. A great place to hang out with friends and family or to relax and read a good book. So whether you want to entertain, take a snooze on the deck, or read a great book - this provides all the amenities of a luxurious home without the responsibilities!
Dining, Fun and Games!: There are lots of things to do in Maine including Old Orchard Beach with cotton candy, the boardwalk, and games and rides for the kids. Enjoy a great lobster dinner with endless seafood choices at any of the lovely restaurants in Maine. Or if you want to do some shopping, take a ride to Kittery and shop at all the outlets, or take a ride up north to Freeport, ME and enjoy LL Beans, and the endless outlet shops, restaurants and more!
Golf: If you're interested in golf, then you're in luck. Within 10 miles there are several great golf courses where you can enjoy a day of golf. Some of the local golf courses include: Willowdale Golf Club, Nonesuch River Golf Club, or Prouts Neck Country Club. If golfing is your pleasure, you can spend your days at the golf course while the others enjoy the beach. If you want to take the easy way out, consider mini-golf at Old Orchard Beach.
