If canceled 45* days or more before arrival, full refund, less 10% administration fee (Maximum $99). If canceled 44* days or less before arrival, we will attempt to rebook the unit. If the condo is re-booked, we will send you a refund, less the 10% administration fee. There is a mandatory State Lodging Tax: 13.95%, a one time $100.00 cleaning fee, and a $200.00 security deposit (for lost keys, parking passes, extra cleaning, and damage). The security deposit is 100% refundable after the condo has been inspected and there is no Damage/Loss. This is a no smoking or pets rental property. These rates are for a maximum of 4 guests.
