Phoenix Condo Details
The floor plan is three levels with a powder room and den on the 1st floor with a pull out sofa sleeper. There is a flat panel TV with a DVD/VHS player and a VHS library. There is also now an Xbox with an array of games. The main level offers a spacious kitchen and living room with a flat panel HDTV and DVD player and a small DVD library. On the third floor are two bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. The master suite has it's own flat panel TV and DVD player. There is an optional sleeper (aerobed) in queen size.
As you can see from the photo, the pool is right down the walk from the back door. Adjacent to the pool is the fitness center . Everything you need to wind down and relax is right outside your door. In addition, there is a large outdoor gas grill for your poolside convenience. Lots of comfortable lawn chairs and umbrella tables make this a convenient site for your outdoor relaxation.
