New house, our third year, three story upside down with elevator to all floors. Six houses from beach. Nice view of ocean from third floor. Everything upgraded it is the ultimate beach house. . . 5400 square feet of living space with a three car garage makes this the perfect spot for your Cape May vacation, family reunion or other celebration. Professionally decorated. List of amenities: FIRST FLOOR 1) billiard room which has refrigerator wet bar and 40 inch plasma TV, with great sound system. Also has fireplace and seating area. 2) Large atrium with 8 person hot tub with waterfall and cool lights also exercise area with weight training equipment and treadmill. Also 37 inch plasma TV viewable from the hot tub. 3) Eight person deluxe sauna, state of the art, also full bath with jacuzzi tub. 4)small library/bedroom with books and sleeper sofa. SECOND FLOOR has three decks, five bedrooms including super kids room with wireless high speed internet access and 60 inch TV.
