- Three of the four bedrooms have ocean views and are air-conditioned. Sounds of the ocean can be heard throughout the home. Double closets and clock radios in each bedroom. Purchased several years ago, EverGreen has all new furnishings and carpets. The beds have Sealy Posturepedic mattresses and are outfitted with sheets, blankets, pillows, bedspreads and comforters. High chair and booster seat for baby are available upon request. Comfortable full-size sleep sofa with Sealy Posturepedic mattress available for guests.
