The beach house sits at the base of one of many sand dunes in this resort area. It is located 2 blocks from the beach in a central location to many attractions (park, marina, zoo, Casino, restaurants, etc.). The backyard extends up the dune for a spectacular view of Lake Michigan. There are 3 private patio/decks, one for grilling, one for sunbathing and one for observing all of the Sheridan Beach activity. There is a private pool heated and lighted for the enjoyment of your entire family.
