Outrun Condominiums, Elder Building, Unit 4. Spacious 1300 sq. ft. top floor condo with spectacular views of ski mountain and surrounding areas from 2 Decks. Exterior of these condos was completely renovated in 2007, and Elder 4 was redecorated recently and newly furnished in 2006. Enjoy large living room, dining area and kitchen with cathedral ceiling. Open views from living room/dining area and front deck to the east; see entire Mt. Crested Butte with skiers, ski runs and lifts, plus a beautiful sunrise in morning. Loft above living room has 2 single beds for lounging (not suitable for sleeping because no double access). Living room has new furniture, including queen sized convertible bed/sofa. Wood burning fireplace, TV, DVD/VCR and Stereo. Furnished with games, books, DVDs, etc. Dining area has large table seating 8, located adjacent to newly appointed kitchen, w/ granite countertops, completely furnished and has serving island. Use the new gas grill on front deck to cook outside.

Nearest airport:   Gunnison, CO at 31 Miles

For recreation, ski lifts are just a 5 minute downhill walk from your front door. Better yet, take free shuttle buses from your condo parking lot to the ski base or to downtown Crested Butte and return. They run every 15 minutes. Most guests park their car in the garage and never move it. Fantastic biking also available from your garage door, to left, towards Historic Gothic. With secure locked garage on ground floor no need to lug equipment up to the condo. After skiing, hiking or mountain biking, enjoy an outdoor hot tub behind your condo building. It has shower and changing areas, plus gas grill and vending machines. Next to the hot tub area is a nice outdoor tennis court exclusively for condo complex occupants.

3 Bedrooms. Master Bedroom has queen sized bed; private full bath; TV; ceiling fan; and private back deck looking towards Gothic Mt. Other 2 BRs have double beds and share full bath. With convertible bed in Living Rm., condo comfortably sleeps 8. Unit has a full sized washer and dryer adjacent to BRs, so don't bring a ton of clothes.

Condo has private garage below with automatic garage door opener for dry/warm storage of your vehicle, and as convenient place to stow skis, snowboards, bikes, luggage, boots. Free firewood is also stored in the garage. Ample additional parking outside garage and to side of condo.

Condo is geared toward family use. We require adults over 25 years as signatories. NO SMOKING in condo, hallways or on decks. Quiet after 10 p.m. No pets please.

Other Activities: Balloon riding, wildflowers, fall colors, jeepind/ATVing, snowmobiling
